132. Every holder of a lease to mine surface mineral substances who operates a sand pit and who contravenes any of the provisions of the first paragraph of section 63 is guilty of an offence punishable according to section 314 of the Act.
Every holder of a non-exclusive lease to mine surface mineral substances who operates a sand pit on lands in the domain of the State and who contravenes any of the provisions of the second paragraph of section 63 is also guilty of an offence punishable according to section 314 of the Act.
